 Mark and Barbara Leigh established Leigh Jewelers in 1972 in a small town in New York State and by 1980, their success allowed them to expand to three stores. Ten years later, the desire for warmer weather drew them to Florida, and in 1990 they sold their stores and moved to Vero Beach. Mark saw a niche to fill in the fine jewelry market of Vero Beach and in October of that year Leigh Jewelers became a popular destination on prestigious Ocean Drive. Today, Leigh Jewelers is nationally recognized for its extensive selection of fine jewelry and international designer collections.
